Cabbage Stew
- 1 head of Cabbage
- 3 Zucchini cut in pieces
- 1/2 medium Onion diced
- 1 8oz can Tomato Paste
- 1 carton Chicken Broth
- 1 bag small Carrots cut in half
- 1 tsp Garlic cut up and cubed
- 1 lb fresh Green Beans
- Spray bottom of large Pot with Pam, saute Onion and Carrot pieces in Garlic
- Add Tomato Paste, Chicken Broth, Zucchini, Cabbage and Green Beans.
- Boil for 10 minutes (add water if needed)
- Simmer for 20 minutes Salt and Pepper to taste!

- Raw Chicken Tenders
- Canned Sliced Jalapenos
- Cream Cheese
- Bacon
- Cut a slit in Chicken and stuff with Cream Cheese and Jalapeno slice.
- Then wrap them in bacon.
- Grill on da Pit till done.

Best-Ever Banana Bread
- 1 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter softened
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups mashed very ripe Bananas ( 3 to 4)
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup chopped Nuts
- Heat over to 350. Grease bottoms only of 1 9inX5in loaf pan.
- In large bowl, mix Sugar and Butter. Add Eggs, Bananas, Buttermilk, and Vanilla; beat with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, and Nuts just until moistened. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake 1 1/4 hours, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaves from pan; remove from pans to cooling rack. Cool about 1 hour before slicing.
