Some researchers believe laughing is a good as a mild workout, and can burn as many calories. Laughter is known to strengthen the immune system, protect against heart disease, and also increase job satisfaction.

If you ever wanna ask me, "Coastal how do you deal with that?" Any situation I come across on in my life that might be a punch to the face or a complete curve ball I satisfy my hurt with laughter!

Sometimes it even helps just putting a smile on my face. A Smile is one of the most natural ways to stay young and beautiful.
