Jordan Dale was accepted into the Orchestra at school at the beginning of the school year!! (proud MoM moment)

Now his Viola comes home with him and he's started practicing at home.

I'm very proud of his ability to never come across any problem he can't conquer!!

Artist - musicians, painters, writers, poets, always seem to have had the most accurate perception of what is really going on around them, not the official version or the popular perception of contemporary life.

Simple easy recipes for a dinner that will bring all sorts of warmth and satisfaction!

Cabbage Stew

1 head of Cabbage
3 Zucchini cut in pieces
1/2 medium Onion diced
1 8oz can Tomato Paste
1 carton Chicken Broth
1 bag small Carrots cut in half
1 tsp Garlic cut up and cubed
1 lb fresh Green Beans

Spray bottom of large Pot with Pam, saute Onion and Carrot pieces in Garlic
Add Tomato Paste, Chicken Broth, Zucchini, Cabbage and Green Beans.
Boil for 10 minutes (add water if needed)
Simmer for 20 minutes Salt and Pepper to taste!

Raw Chicken Tenders
Canned Sliced Jalapenos
Cream Cheese
Bacon

Cut a slit in Chicken and stuff with Cream Cheese and Jalapeno slice.
Then wrap them in bacon.
Grill on da Pit till done.

Best-Ever Banana Bread

1 1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Butter softened
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed very ripe Bananas ( 3 to 4)
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1 tsp Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 cup chopped Nuts

Heat over to 350. Grease bottoms only of 1 9inX5in loaf pan.
In large bowl, mix Sugar and Butter. Add Eggs, Bananas, Buttermilk, and Vanilla; beat with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, and Nuts just until moistened. Pour batter into pan.
Bake 1 1/4 hours, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaves from pan; remove from pans to cooling rack. Cool about 1 hour before slicing.

My favorite person in this whole entire world!! He makes my life have much more meaning than anything!! Always making people smile and helping others out any way he can!! Thank you God for every day with Jordan!

Jordan's latest read!! I'm deffinetly a lucky Mom to have such a great student as a child! He's reader like non-other! Such a reader I have been tempted to take books away when he has his bad moments at school! He didn't have a new book to read, and of course has already read the hundreds he owns, so GiGi and I suggested "The Last Lecture" by Randy Pausch. He ended up watching the video too. He says his favorite part of the lecture was at the end when he said "The talk wasn't for those in the room. It was for my kids." Jordan took out of the book exactly what I believe Randy would of wanted. He says he learned from "The Last Lecture" to treat everyday like it is your last! Thanks Randy

Nothing about being on the road makes me happier than seeing Personal Plates!!

Call me weird if you want, (you probably already do) but I will even stop in a parking lot and take a picture of a P.P. Its your vehicle why not make it say what you want it to say! I have had window decals made with "Coastal Crys", but thinking P.P.'s is the way to go FOR SURE

(Crystal) Coastal Lee Austin

Summer is clearly on its way in South Texas, and I can't wait! It's my favorite time of the year to sit back, pop open something cold and enjoy a nice long day on the beach! Until then wishing and hoping is all I do. Nothing beats having Brochacho on the Coast dancing and singing and loving life with me. Jordan and I love taking Stinky D (Dalton) out too. I hope this summer all by siblings make their way to C.C. (including you Sebrina, Caitlin, ChaCha, and well anyone else who wants to make the drive)

It is always relaxing and plenty of people watching to do, who doesn't love people watching!! Nice waves, beautiful water, amazing sand dunes, kite-surfing, and hot surfers in wet suits will make you never wanna leave a town! Here's to a Summer full of family, friends, sunny days, cold drinks, flip-flops, bucket loads of fun and sand between your toes!

OH Princess Di, where for art though?

To make sure all my siblings have a spot on the blog to go look at and remind themselves that I'm always thinking of them and missing them! Usually I can stay in pretty good contact with all of them, but Princess Di and I never really have phone time or Skype time anymore. Which really bites butt because she has the majority of my Precious Auntie Babies. I do believe Steph and I were definitively the closes sisters in the world when we were younger! Even through all our rants we were always the best of friends! There is no doubt in my mind Steph always has every one's back. She is a very defensive older sister!! I love you and miss you Steph.

One of my favorite things to do before heading to work is SKYPE with Moe!

Our conversations vary from gossip to world news, to playing games together online.

Its always nice to see her smiling face, and for a little while it feels like we are together!

Nothing beats feeling like you're with someone, when you're actually hundreds of miles away!

My favorite days are when we SKYPE before Abigail heads off to school and how sweet she always looks. I absolutely adore the way she says "Auntie" all her spunk and attitude cracks me up and are two of the million things I miss about Lil Moe. Little Sisters are the best (ask any of my other sisters) and Moe will always forever and ever be my FAVORITE Little Sister!

This is my attempt to still massively share my life and loves with the world without a Facebook page. No hate for Faceworld (as i like to call it). Its just not always fun finding "personal news" from family and close friends the same time every one else does. I love being able to see everyone little worlds but not at the cost of losing some sort of privacy.
